Our clients expect only the best in class candidates, and our process involves three key steps.
Analyse Fit
We review your application and analyse your experience and skill, against the position benchmark to determine a suitability score. We also conduct phone integrity screening and determine communication score.
Meet & Test
We meet you in person and ensure you understand the culture of the business, and dive deep into your technical competence that would be required for the role.
Client Interview
You will have the opportunity to meet the employer and showcase your talent, this is typically done in either 1, 2 or 3 round interview, and may involve testing, followed by reference checks.
